First I'd gone to "Loot" Santacruz (E) for gettign a change of 500 bucks. I liked the way he welcomed me and provided me the change. I then went there within a week just like that and got myself a Puma bag.. it was a great value for maney and the bag is still going great. Now I went there again within a week for a big catch. I'm disappointed this time. I got 5 clothes, 3 trousers and 2 shirts. The trousers on its very first use, has come up with a lot of bubbles on it. I still dont know about other clothes. I'm not sure how the store is gonna take up this issue. I'm very worried. < Back

With the apparel industry in itself doing gr8, the credit goes to the expanded purchasing power of the customers rather than any against the tide movement. Nemesh, I appreciate your point. I know it is not easy to start a company and successfully run it. That does not mean tomorrow, Infosys compete as a start up. I think you got a little excited in defending The Loot with reading my complete text. I am not just against Loot. I was only saying that a five year old company cannot be called a start up. If you read my last line, I was saying that the eligibility should be 6months or maximum 1 year. Doesn't here all the 2004 companies covered? I suggest you to see it with a broader lens instead of myopic eye. My salute to The Loot to have successfully launched the venture, no doubt about it. What do you say Bhoomi? I would like to know how does the organisers react for such a suggestion of limiting the period. < Back

And to start a retail chain and making it successful in 4 years is really appreciable and instead of criticizing then we should try to motivate them. Now, About me, I am not linked with "The Loot: in anyway and I am also not a member of NEN. I am an entrepreneur and I know what it takes to make a company successful. BTW, why did you only comment on "The Loot" when there are many other startups which formed in 2004. Only because they are number 1 right now?
