The client also gets HR delivery tools in the subscription making it a truly plug-n-play model. The business is addressing a highly recognized painful problem faced by organizations all around, namely, putting together a knowledgeable, stable and interruption-proof people management platform that is human enough. The plugHR model beats other alternatives hands down.
Other options like setting up an internal team is too time consuming, non-core & expensive. Using retired HR professionals as freelance advisors is more gyan than execution and is not dependable. Pure software platforms still require a user.
