We also have an in principle tie-up with a CPA firm based in UAE with offices in major countries in the Middle East. They have a good reach in their markets and they can open doors for us faster. This is a great startup because: 1) We redefine the way organisational development is traditionally conducted; we break new ground with result based behavioral training which has never been attempted before. Through our retail program we bring in a path breaking approach called "pre hire induction" - Possibly the only company that will be rolling out implementation follow-up with all participants.
Our unique differentiator is providing measurable results, where we are moving towards clearly presenting the return on investments. We break the rules. Conventionally, companies invest lots of money but rarely measure the impact and benefits.
We rewrite the rules by our scientific approach and provide measurable solutions. This keeps our venture apart and makes this a cool start up. Less than handful of companies have initiated the process of measurement. Malola brings that as a rule.
